We were born and raised in Louisiana then settled down in Anchorage, Alaska. We missed the food so much, we decided to make authentic traditional Cajun baked goods and share our culture with Alaska. We seek to offer an authentic product and our goal is quality. Everything is hand made from scratch, with love as the special ingredient. Nothing comes from a box.
We offer specialty products rotating seasonally throughout the year. January to March sets off Mardi Gras season, and with that comes King Cakes. March to April is Easter time and we offer Hot Cross Buns. Summertime is wedding season, and here comes the Petit Fours! Fall time is to get cozy with cinnamon rings and pumpkin spice scones. Winter brings family and friends gathering together to share our custom North Star cakes. Any season is sure to bring something great for you to enjoy.
